How tracking works

We regularly re-fetch every lender's source pages and re-extract the terms we track: credit score minimums, DSCR floors, loan sizes, LTVs, prepayment options, short-term rental and foreign national mentions. Clear-cut changes are updated automatically and listed here with a link to the source. Anything ambiguous, like a page that shows two different numbers or a change in wording, is held for a human to check before the data changes. Lender pages show the date each lender was last checked.
