Disclosure

How LenderTracker stays neutral, and what it is and isn’t.

LenderTracker is an independent directory. We don't broker loans, don't take per-loan or per-lead fees, and don't rank lenders for pay. Terms change often: confirm everything with the lender. Full disclosure.

Who runs LenderTracker

LenderTracker is created by Alex English, a licensed mortgage loan originator (MLO), licensed real estate agent and private lender. We're telling you this up front because it's a potential conflict of interest.

How we handle that conflict

  • Alex’s own lending business is not listed on LenderTracker, and LenderTracker does not rank, promote or recommend it.
  • LenderTracker does not broker, arrange or originate loans. We don't take applications and don't pass your information to lenders.
  • No per-loan or per-lead fees. LenderTracker does not get paid when you apply for, close or fund a loan, and doesn't sell leads.
  • No pay-to-rank. The table is alphabetical by default and sorts only by the columns you pick. Payment never changes a lender's data or position in the default sort.
  • Featured listings (planned) are flat-fee advertising, clearly labeled "Featured" and not tied to loan volume or referrals. See Lenders: get featured.

Not advice

Everything on LenderTracker is general information for research. It is not lending, legal, tax or investment advice, not a loan offer, and not a commitment to lend. LenderTracker does not check whether you qualify.

Terms change, so verify

Each lender's terms come from its own public website on the date shown and link to the source. Lenders change rates, LTVs, FICO minimums, prepayment options and state coverage often, sometimes weekly. A blank (—) means the lender didn't publish that term on the pages we checked. It does not mean the lender doesn't offer it. Always confirm current terms in writing (term sheet or Loan Estimate) with the lender before you rely on them.

Corrections

Lenders and borrowers can report updated terms. We update data from the lender's own published materials.
